Clean For 14 - The Fat Burning Sensation from BH Fitness Overview What we’re all here for is one thing, RESULTS! This program is specifically designed to reduce your body fat and alter your body composition (shape) as efficiently as possible within the time frame available. So how does it work? Using scientifically proven methods, nutritional prioritisation and time sensitive eating, we will tap into your stored fat, normally impossible to get at, and convert that body fat into a unit of energy (glucose). You will literally be using your own body fat as your primary fuel source! Layout In the days leading up to your programme start date, you will be entered into a support group, joining many others on exactly the same journey as you. Within this support group, you will be provided with unrivalled live and daily support from myself and my team. Before you officially begin, we will spend two-three days in a ‘settling in and learning’ phase, ensuring that you have all the tools necessary for when you begin. You will learn basic macro nutrition, the science behind my nutritional methods and the structure of what is to come in the following days and weeks. These few days are VITAL as they provide you with important information allowing you to literally hit the ground running with no wasted time and the perfect platform and foundation for your success! Week One Monday - Sunday You will be following the very basic principles of Clean For 14, learning and gaining valuable knowledge as we progress through the days. Week Two Monday - Friday A continuation of week one, but with the very important addition of my bespoke carbohydrate cycle, which is designed to make your body work that little bit harder, recruiting and converting fat stores at a higher rate! Again, specifically designed to give you the best result possible. All details and information regarding the carbohydrate cycle will be provided and all questions will be answered! Your continued success is our priority here! Week Two Saturday & Sunday A weekend for you to do as you choose! You may wish to ‘relax’ from the structure of Clean For 14, or you may wish to adopt what you have learned so far and continue through the weekend. Week Three & Four Your Clean For 14 journey begins 14 days of focus, dedication and more importantly, 14 days of Results! The key here is - This is not 5 days on, 2 days off! This is 14 days of discipline. With just a few small changes to what you’ve already experienced in weeks one & two, you’ll be tested both physically and mentally, but your effort will provide you with the results you desire. Exercise In addition to the nutritional programme, you will be provided with a home workout routine to complete daily. This workout will become progressively more challenging as the days and weeks pass. The home workout requires little to no equipment and can be completed in around 10 minutes. Please note: This routine is suitable for ALL levels of fitness and ability. Subscription The subscription fee for Clean For 14 is just £30 for the four week programme, offering you incredible value given the results, content and support.
